Breakfast Host/Hostess

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service in a restaurant setting, to give back to our hard working community through a breakfast experience that leaves them wanting to return. Our mindset focuses on the growth of each other and the business as a whole. We are looking for a team member with strong communication skills with both customers and coworkers, while having the ability to resolve issues proactively in a fast-paced environment. ESC is looking for someone reliable, trustworthy and punctual with a strong attention to detail. You must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage a waitlist by providing accurate wait time estimates and answering phones
- Resetting tables along with servers

- Ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating and attending to their needs throughout their dining experience
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders

- Observing and holding up standards of proper dish presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Skills:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer requests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus
