Job Description
Gunster seeks a full-time Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for its Tampa office. Responsibilities include coordinating due diligence; reviewing title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, service contracts, and permits; and preparing, reviewing, and managing purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and other documents related to commercial real estate transactions and closings.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience handling commercial real estate closings and title matters. Law firm experience preferred.
