Housekeeping Cleaner

The Housekeeping Cleaner plays a crucial role in ensuring guest rooms and common areas are clean, sanitized, and welcoming. Working within a small team, the housekeeper reports directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor and primarily handles routine cleaning tasks during day shifts, using standard cleaning supplies to maintain high standards of hygiene and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and assigned areas
• Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness and hygiene standards before guest arrival
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Provide courteous customer service to guests and respond to their needs
• Report maintenance issues or any guest concerns to the supervisor promptly

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in housekeeping
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable and able to work independently within a small team
• Good communication skills
