• Ability to motivate, lead, and mentor crew members
• Proficient in reading plans, material take-offs, and design of temporary construction devices
• Survey Layout and site-layout, survey control
• Maintenance and security of tools and equipment
• Preventative Maintenance of Miscellaneous diesel and gas motors, and hydraulic equipment
• Operation of Heavy Equipment - Excavator, Push Boat

Scope of Work:

• Pile Driving - timber and concrete piling, vinyl, aluminum, and steel sheet pile
• Construction of timber docks and decking
• Concrete form work, repair, finishing, tying rebar
• Installation of boat lifts
• Erosion control, riprap, dredging, excavation
• Assembly and installation of floating docks
