Licensed Mental Health Professional, LMFT, LCSW, LPC

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional, LMFT, LCSW, LPC to join our team! You will provide Child, Adolescent and Family Therapy services.

Responsibilities:

• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
• Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Professional
• Familiarity with community mental health resources
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
• Knowledge of School procedures (PPT, IEP, 504 Plans)

Small Non-Profit private therapy practice. Providing support and resources for the communities we serve. Office space available in Watertown, New Milford, with primary responsibilities in Norfolk.
