Treatment plan coach

As a Treatment plan coach you will help clients with goals set by a counselor. You will work as a team with counselor and other staff. The majority of your clients will be Arizona Long term care insurance recipients. So experience working with seniors and ALTC community is preferred.. You may sometimes be required to go on outings with clients depending on treatment plan. Your clients will be located all over valley west valley some times multiple clients in one facility. You must be willing to travel to different locations in phoenix west valley and metro area. If you have at least a bachelors degree in Psychology or equivalent you may also train to become a counselor. Being that your clients will not all be in the same location you must have great organizational skills.You must be willing to work 25hrs a week.
