Sandblast/Paint Technician

Our company is looking for an experienced Sandblaster/Painter to join our team. While you do not need to be a journeyman sandblaster/painter, we do expect applicants to have some training with heavy equipment, grinding tools, and power tools that you would use during this process. In addition to operating a sandblaster machine, you will may also be asked to help with painting or coating tasks after you have successfully removed the unwanted substance from the surface.

Sandblaster Duties and Responsibilities:

Remove dirt, paint, grease and other built-up material from surfaces

Set up and operate the sandblaster machine

Assist with painting or coating as needed

Apply and remove non-skid materials as needed

Requirements:

Three (3) years of experience

Valid and clean driver's license

Clean background check

Pass random drug tests

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work in physically demanding environments

Ability to follow procedures, including PPE requirements

Reliable Transportation to and from the office
