Operation Specialist Auto Parts, Heavy Truck Parts, Hydraulic Hoses

Key Responsibilities

• Hydraulic Hose Assembly & Repair: Cut, measure, and crimp hydraulic hoses to exact specifications using specialized shop equipment, matching correct fittings and pressure ratings.
• Parts Counter & Counter Sales: Assist walk-in customers, fleet operators, and mechanics in identifying correct auto and heavy truck replacement parts.
• Inventory Control: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments of heavy-duty filters, brakes, fluids, and fittings; log data into computerized inventory systems.
• Order Processing: Pull parts for shop work orders, process invoices, and manage core returns.

Requirements & Skills

• Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with heavy truck systems, automotive components, and hydraulic fluid power fittings/hoses.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift and move heavy truck parts, tires, and bulk hose reels (frequently up to 50–75 lbs).
