Cleaning

Clean guest rooms, the lobby, hallways, elevators, stairways, and the laundry room.
Follow our cleaning standards and finish each area on time.
Restock supplies in rooms and restrooms — bathroom items, towels, and sheets.
Take out trash and waste and drop it at the disposal area.
Keep your housekeeping cart stocked, organized, and ready to go.
Greet guests with a friendly smile whenever you see them.

Laundry

Wash the hotel's laundry — sort, wash, dry, fold, and put away the sheets and towels.
Help keep the laundry room clean and organized.

Safety

Follow all safety and security rules to protect yourself, our guests, and their belongings.
Use all cleaning products, chemicals, and tools the safe way to avoid injury or damage.
