We are seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team! You will perform a variety of light cleaning and organizing duties.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, floor care routines, and janitorial procedures to maintain cleanliness across all areas
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to uphold hygiene and safety protocols
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, use of industrial cleaning equipment, and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management
- Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Bilingual
