Job Description
This is a part time position that has potential to become full time.
We know that there are many ABA companies to choose from in the DC Metro area. T-Ten Services is a small ABA company that wishes to foster an enjoyable and fulfilling work environment. In fact, our employee retention rate is over 3 years!

Qualifications
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Strong understanding of behavioral health and applied behavior analysis
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficient in medical documentation and terminology
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient care standards
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and behavior management techniques
- Experience in special education settings is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on behavioral health and patient care.
- Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and proper medical documentation.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and behavior management strategies.
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote skill development, particularly with children and individuals with autism.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes and collect research data as needed.
