This is a part time position that has potential to become full time.

We know that there are many ABA companies to choose from in the DC Metro area. T-Ten Services is a small ABA company that wishes to foster an enjoyable and fulfilling work environment. In fact, our employee retention rate is over 3 years!

-We stay up to date on ABA best practices, such as assent and trauma-informed methods.

Qualifications

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health and applied behavior analysis
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Proficient in medical documentation and terminology
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient care standards
  • Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and behavior management techniques
  • Experience in special education settings is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on behavioral health and patient care.
  • Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and proper medical documentation.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and behavior management strategies.
  • Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote skill development, particularly with children and individuals with autism.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes and collect research data as needed.
