Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. We are looking for full time or part time. Hours of operation Tuesday - Friday from 8am-4:30pm. The ideal candidate will be a team player and responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance and SRP on patients.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Utilize Softdent software for scheduling, patient management, and record keeping.
Ensure the dental office maintains a clean and sterile environment following aseptic techniques.
Stay updated on the latest dental practices, technologies, and regulations.
Qualifications

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Proficiency in dental terminology and medical terminology.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
