Texas Tranquility Estates (TTE) is currently hiring Child Care Workers to join our growing team in Spring/ Tomball, Texas. TTE is a General Residential Operation (GRO) facility that provides care for girls ages 8 to 17 in a structured, family-oriented environment.
We are looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping young girls grow, heal, and succeed. Our team is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for both residents and staff.
Available Shifts:
- Sunday–Saturday
- Some Weekends required
- Overnight/Awake Staff
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (weekends only)
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support residents throughout their daily schedule
- Assist with transportation to school, appointments, and activities
- Provide daily care, guidance, and encouragement
- Monitor behavior and respond appropriately using approved procedures
- Complete overnight room checks every 15 minutes when assigned to overnight shifts
- Collaborate with team members to meet the needs of residents
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive living environment
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or teens preferred
- Child care, residential care, or youth services experience is a plus
- Must be patient, flexible, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and time management skills required
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Must have a sincere passion for helping young girls
