Pediatric Dentist Full Time or Part Time

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional patient care and will possess a comprehensive understanding of various dental procedures. This role requires proficiency in Pediatric dentistry, with an emphasis on patient assessment and treatment planning. The Dentist will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring the highest standards of dental care are met for all patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to Preventive, Restorative, Sedation Dentistry.
• Provide high-quality patient care while ensuring comfort and understanding throughout the treatment process.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry setting to optimize patient flow and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical terminology standards.
• Educate patients and Parents on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
• Manage pediatric patients with sensitivity and professionalism in a dental clinic environment.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active dental license for Maryland
• Strong skills in patient care, assessment, and communication.
• Experience or training in pediatrics is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in endodontics is a plus.
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental practices.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Pay information:

Pay range reflects a draw based on 36% collections which will be reconciled quarterly.
