Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled, licensed Massage Therapist who delivers therapeutic, effective, and customized treatments. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and passionate about client care. You’ll work in a supportive, organized environment with predictable scheduling and strong earning potential.
Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality massage services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and specialty modalities (as trained)
Customize each session based on client needs, goals, and contraindications
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room
Educate clients on treatment plans, wellness routines, and recommended frequency
Uphold all Washington State massage laws, ethics, and sanitation standards
Arrive prepared, on time, and ready for each service
Document session notes accurately and promptly
Participate in team communication and occasional training
Qualifications
Active Washington State Massage Therapy License (LMT)
Current liability insurance
Strong communication and client‑care skills
Ability to maintain professionalism in a luxury spa environment
Reliability, punctuality, and consistency
Experience in a spa or clinical setting preferred but not required
