Smile with Care at Southlands is a growing private dental practice seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our team. We are looking for a provider who values quality patient care, enjoys building long-term relationships, and wants to be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.


This position is available as part-time or full-time, with flexibility for the right candidate.

Schedule

  • Our office is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Looking for a provider available at least 2 days per week
  • Flexible scheduling options available for part-time and full-time candidates

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active Colorado dental license in good standing
  • Unrestricted, active dental license & DEA registration in state of operation
  • Current BLS certification
  • Malpractice insurance eligibility
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in a dental office required
  • Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
  • Comfortable performing a wide range of general dentistry procedures
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Positive attitude and strong team mentality


Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Develop and present treatment plans
  • Provide restorative, preventive, and basic surgical procedures
  • Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to provide an exceptional patient experience


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $110 an hour, $95K to $120K per year
  • Compensation structure to be discussed during the interview process
