What You’ll Do:
- Provide routine cleanings, root planing, and scaling
- Take digital X-rays and apply sealants & fluoride
- Ensure proper sterilization of instruments
- Perform initial mouth screenings and document oral health history
- Identify and treat conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontitis
- Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Offer post-procedure instructions and ensure patient comfort
- Maintain detailed documentation and charting
- Monitor dental supplies and assist in maintaining office efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- A reliable and patient-focused professional who builds trust with patients of all ages
- Strong knowledge of oral health, hygiene, and safety regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
- Strong communication skills
- A focus on attention to detail and steady hands
Required Qualifications:
- Nebraska Dental Hygiene License
- Local Anesthesia Certification
- Laser Certification (a plus!)
- Willingness to travel between offices (a plus!)
