Position Overview

The Bartender/Barista prepares and serves beverages—including coffee drinks, smoothies, mocktails, and specialty drinks—in a family-friendly restaurant and indoor playground setting. This role combines creativity with service excellence, ensuring that parents and guests enjoy a high-quality café experience while children enjoy the playground.

'05; Drink Program & Menu Creation

• Infuse creativity into presentation, garnishes, and ingredient sourcing.
  
  
• Stay current with café and beverage trends to enhance the guest experience.
  
  

'05; Bar/Café Operations & Inventory

• Oversee daily operations of the café/bar area including cleanliness, prep, and restocking.
  
  
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients, syrups, and mixers.

• Prepare drinks consistently, quickly, and with excellent presentation.
  
  
• Engage guests in a warm, friendly manner and provide product knowledge.
  
  
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

• Assist in training and supporting baristas and café staff.
  
  
• Communicate specials or updates during pre-shift meetings.
  
  
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
