Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Job Description
BCBA - In-Home | $65-$85/hour + $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
NYC Boroughs & Rockland/Orange County | Full-Time | W-2
$65-$85 per hour, based on experience. That is at the top of the New York market, and it is not a teaser rate - it is what our BCBAs actually earn.
Hillside Applied Behavior Analysis is a close-knit ABA practice serving children with autism across the five boroughs and Rockland and Orange County. We are small on purpose. You will have a caseload of 8 to 10 clients, clinical decisions that are yours to make, and direct access to the people running the practice.
WHAT WE PAY
- $65-$85 per hour, based on experience and credentials
- $1,500 sign-on bonus: $500 at 30 days, $1,000 at 90 days
- Performance bonus
- Annual rate review with merit-based increases
- W-2 employment
THE ROLE, SPECIFICALLY
- Caseload: 8 to 10 clients
- Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week, flexible Monday through Friday
- Setting: In-home and community-based
- Coverage area: NYC boroughs and Rockland/Orange County - we assign cases with your location in mind
- You will supervise and support a team of Behavior Technicians
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses

WHAT YOU NEED
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- New York LBA license, OR BCBA-certified and LBA-eligible. Not licensed in New York yet? Apply anyway. If you already hold BCBA certification, New York licensure is a paperwork pathway, not a new qualification - and we will walk you through the application.
- Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field
- Experience with pediatric autism
- Reliable transportation - this is an in-home, community-based role
- Strong data collection, clinical writing, and communication skills
WHAT WE OFFER

WHY BCBAs STAY AT HILLSIDE
You are not a number here. A caseload of 8 to 10 means you actually know your clients and their families. Your clinical decisions are yours. Your schedule flexes around your life. And the people who run this practice answer their own phones.
We pay at the top of the market because we would rather hire well once than hire repeatedly.
Apply in under two minutes. We review every application and respond within 2 business days.
