We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issuesin
  • Provide prevention-oriented therapy
  • Implement and review treatment plans
  • Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely mannerProvide individual and group counseling sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Utilize case management skills to connect clients with appropriate community resources and support services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Stay current on the latest research and developments in the field of counseling to provide the most effective care to clients.
  • Provide therapy for children and adolescents( All Ages)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor
  • Specialized experience in chronic pain counseling, applied behavior analysis, experience with children, PTSD care, or other relevant areas is highly desired.
  • Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with prescribing providers.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation standards, including ICD-10 coding.
  • Experience conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans based on individual needs
