Automotive Finance Specialist

Finance Specialist needed for local niche dealership to manage the finance side of all vehicles sales. Must be computer literate with great communication skills & have a bookkeeping/banking or automotive F&I background. Multi-tasking and excellent customer service is a must. Position is full-time in a casual, friendly environment Position entails the following:

· Must have strategic thinking skills, attention to detail & strong execution

· Work with management on Deal Structures to submit deals to lenders for approval

· Work with customers to discuss finance and payment options

· Communicate any roadblocks with management with urgency

· Process transactions with state sales compliance & contract execution as a top priority

· Generate Finance/Lease contracts to be sent to customers – Must have excellent attention to detail

· Communicate with various lenders on daily basis to close deals

· Work with sales team, accounting & management to ensure all necessary information is obtained from sales staff, customers & outside finance companies to complete deals in a timely manner

· Evaluate credit & structure deals accordingly

· Review all funding packages to ensure timely funding from lenders

· Assist in preparing Bill of Sales, titles & registrations when needed

· Maintain a guide with all current lenders & programs in use

· Evaluate new lender programs and discuss opportunities with management

· Salesforce, DMS and Adobe experience strongly preferred
