Full-Time Sourcing Specialist — On-Site (Minden, NV)

A. J. Levin Company Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist / Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, a positive attitude, and solid experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

· Negotiation of price and delivery conditions

• Execution of orders from suppliers in accordance with operational specifications
• Conducting day-to-day price inquiries
• Follow up on open orders and supplier requests to ensure timely responses.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial sector
• Strong negotiation skills and confident appearance
• High reliability, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently
• Basic MS Office and Excel user skills
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Expected Hours: 40/week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
• Location: In-person — Minden, NV
• Must be willing to relocate or commute prior to starting
