Provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients with emotional, behavioral, or mental health concerns
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support client growth and progress
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional and organizational standards
Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, and other community resources as needed
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly
Educate clients and families on coping strategies, mental health awareness, and available resources
Support crisis intervention and provide risk assessments for clients in acute distress
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development
