Early Childhood Substitute Teachers

Substitute Teachers fill a critical role in providing classroom coverage for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years when teachers are off or out of classroom for planning. This position is on-call, with hours scheduled in advance with classroom staff, or by an early morning call or text if they are sick and looking for coverage. Ready, Set, Grow provides paid training and there are scholarship monies available to earn your Child Development Credential(CDA) or 2 year degree in Early Childhood Education if you are working in the field.

Ready, Set, Grow is licensed to care for 58 children, from 6 weeks of age to 5 years of age. All teaching teams include a Lead Teacher, an Assistant Teacher, and a Support Teacher.
