At least 6 months of prior ABA experience is required, along with a genuine love for working with children and families and the drive to grow.

What You'll Do:
▸ Implement individualized ABA therapy programs designed by our BCBAs
▸ Collect and record session data accurately and consistently
▸ Work directly with children and their families in the home
▸ Attend team meetings and supervision sessions
▸ Maintain professional, positive relationships with clients and caregivers
'05; What We're Looking For:
▸ High school diploma required
▸ Experience working with children (childcare, tutoring, teaching, or caregiving counts!)
▸ Reliable transportation
▸ RBT certification a plus — but NOT required; we will train you
▸ Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented
