We are hiring an unlicensed mental health counselor for children and adults at our Beckley, WV practice. We do our best to match clinician's and clients depending on their niche and availability. We offer a welcoming, supportive environment with opportunities growth

This position is a hourly position. Pay ranges from $45 to $55 per hour for an unlicensed clinicians. Pay is based on experience and certifications. We offer a health insurance package, paid time off, 401k matching, dental insurance, vision insurance, and life insurance. Requires commuting to the office.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS

• Master's degree or higher in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, human services, or related field
• Knowledge of theories and clinical documentation
• Understand and comply with HIPAA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well with a team, especially in stressful situations
• Ability to maintain professionalism with clients and teammates in a mental health setting
• Counseling Experience Preferred but not required
• Proficient in English (oral and written), excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Open to receiving and giving feedback as part of the team
• Must be able to pass a background check, CPS check, and drug test
• Ability to meet timelines for documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
