Behavioral Technician (ABA Therapy)
Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN | Pay: $20–$23/hr
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time | In-person (Center-Based Only)
Lotus Care Autism Center provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism. We’re hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) to work 1:1 with clients at our clinic under the supervision of a BCBA.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver ABA therapy to children in a structured clinic setting
Follow individualized treatment and behavior plans
Collect data and monitor progress
Collaborate with supervisors and attend team meetings
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)
RBT certification is a plus (Training available but unpaid)
Strong communication skills & flexible availability
