Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold various types of linens and garments according to established protocols.
- Inspect and identify items needing special care or repair, and communicate with management as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management of laundry supplies and report any shortages.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in laundry services or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Knowledge of laundry chemicals and safe handling practices is an advantage.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
