About Us

Little Miracles Daycare is a licensed, family-oriented childcare program dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Position Summary

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Childcare Teacher/Floater to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, is reliable, works well with others, and is committed to creating a positive learning environment. This position supports all classrooms as needed and helps maintain a safe, clean, and engaging daycare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children at all times to ensure their health and safety.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Assist with lesson plans, circle time, art projects, and educational activities.
• Encourage learning through play and hands-on experiences.
• Change diapers, assist with potty training, and meet children's daily care needs.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to program guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required.
• Keep classrooms clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the day.
• Follow all Arkansas childcare licensing regulations and daycare policies.
• Work as a team player by assisting in other classrooms when needed.
• Communicate professionally with parents during drop-off and pick-up.
• Participate in staff meetings and required training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous childcare experience preferred but not required.
• Must successfully pass all required state background checks.
• Must obtain or maintain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for helping children learn and grow.
