Mental Health Counselor (QMHP-C), Transporters, Mentors & CSAC's

We are seeking Mental Health Counselors (QMHP-C), Parent Coaches, transportation specialists, mentors and life skill coaches to join our team! We are expanding and need providers in the Richmond, VA area. You will provide recovery-oriented therapeutic community based services to children and families in need. Must reside in the state of Virginia.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement goal oriented, therapeutic services for individuals

• Coordination and oversight of initial and ongoing assessment activities.
• Monitoring of implementation of Individualized Service Plan (ISP).
• Develop progress notes that describe therapeutic interventions and progress towards goals.
• Carry out crisis management for their recipients on a face-to-face basis and also telephonically at all times (24/7/365), with capacity for face-to-face emergency response within 2 hours.
• Inform & assist, arrange for the recipient to access, and receive benefits and services within the community as well as monitor the provision of those services.
• Receive clinical supervision twice per month (one individual and one group).
• Clean driving record for transporters. (transportation can occur all over Virginia)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree for QMHP & CSAC positions, with certification from Board of Professionals
• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
• Familiarity with community mental health resources
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
