Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team!
Job Duties:
Job Duties:
- Hold an RBT certification
- Direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA.
- Collect data and conduct certain types of assessments
- Understand Applied Behavior Analysis
- Assist clients and students to work through difficult behaviors
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate treatments and/or learning
- Maintain detailed and accurate data collection and graphing of data on goals and treatment plan
- Adhere to all facility and board standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, special education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs.
- CPR certified preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to collaborate with teams.
- Highly organized
