Personal Injury law firm seeking an experienced full-time lien negotiator to negotiate liens with medical providers and health insurance companies.
Prior experience negotiating or assisting in personal injury claims is required.
Duties and responsibilities include organizing medical bills, locating missing medical providers and health insurance liens, reporting to Medicare, Medi-Cal and health insurance companies, aggressively negotiate medical liens, draft lien reduction letters, correspond with clients, and work with a team.
