Restaurant Host

At Estrella Cantina Lounge, we’re looking for outgoing, professional, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our front door team. As a Host, you’ll be the first impression for our guests and help create an exceptional dining experience from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming and positive attitude
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Seat guests while maintaining smooth table flow
• Answer phones and assist with guest questions
• Communicate effectively with servers and management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented personality
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure during busy shifts
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
• Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
