What You'll Do

• Provide individual, family, or group therapy
  
  
• Create treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the team
  
  
• Maintain 25+ weekly sessions (full-time)
  
  
• Advocate for clients and coordinate with relevant support systems, and complete light administrative tasks
  
  

What You Need

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
  
  
• Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
  
  
• Experience with assessments, documentation, and diverse populations
  
  
• Proficiency with EHR systems and basic office tech
  
  
• Ability to pass a background check
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with couples, families, or youth
  
  
• Supervisor eligibility, bilingual skills, or specialized certifications
  
  
• Familiarity with outpatient care and community resources
