Body Technician

The Body Technician will handle a range of repair tasks from minor dents to major wreck restorations on all vehicle types. Working within a medium-sized team, this role requires skill in frame alignment and comprehensive damage assessment to ensure vehicles are restored to high-quality standards. The technician will also engage with customers and adhere to safety protocols, occasionally working overtime or weekends to meet repair demands.

Responsibilities

• Perform wreck repairs on all vehicle types
• Match paint accurately for seamless finishes
• Prepare surfaces for painting and repair work
• Remove dents and restore body panels
• Align vehicle frames to factory specifications
• Replace damaged parts as needed
• Assess damage and provide accurate repair plans
• Conduct quality inspections before vehicle release
• Interact with customers to explain repairs and progress
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in auto body repair
