Automotive Painter and Body Tech

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body / Paint Technician to join our team. This position focuses on small to medium cosmetic repairs with quick turnaround times. This is not a heavy collision or frame repair role. Work is performed outdoors under a large covered carport.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform light to medium auto body repairs (minor dents, dings, surface damage).
• Complete small part replacements (bolt-on components, trim, etc.).
• Execute paint repairs and blending for high-quality finishes.
• Maintain efficiency and quality in a fast-paced, production-style environment.
• Work outdoors under a covered structure in varying weather conditions.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers as needed.

What This Job Is NOT

• No frame repairs
• No heavy collision work
• No full tear-down rebuild jobs

Requirements

• Proven experience in auto body and/or paint repair.
• Ability to handle small to medium repairs independently.
• Must have your own tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet turnaround expectations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Schedule & Work Details

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekends as needed
• Year-round work
