Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body / Paint Technician to join our team. This position focuses on small to medium cosmetic repairs with quick turnaround times. This is not a heavy collision or frame repair role. Work is performed outdoors under a large covered carport.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform light to medium auto body repairs (minor dents, dings, surface damage).
- Complete small part replacements (bolt-on components, trim, etc.).
- Execute paint repairs and blending for high-quality finishes.
- Maintain efficiency and quality in a fast-paced, production-style environment.
- Work outdoors under a covered structure in varying weather conditions.
- Keep a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers as needed.
What This Job Is NOT
- No frame repairs
- No heavy collision work
- No full tear-down rebuild jobs
Requirements
- Proven experience in auto body and/or paint repair.
- Ability to handle small to medium repairs independently.
- Must have your own tools.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet turnaround expectations.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Schedule & Work Details
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional weekends as needed
- Year-round work
