Host Hostesses

We are seeking energetic and welcoming Host Hostsesses to join our small team of 1-3 hosts. This role is essential in managing guest arrivals, seating arrangements, and coordinating reservations to ensure a seamless dining experience. Our guest traffic includes a balanced mix of walk-ins and reservations, with the busiest periods occurring during weekend and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating efficiently
• Handle reservations and maintain organized seating charts
• Assist customers with inquiries and menu details
• Manage cash handling as needed
• Coordinate with event staff to support special functions

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in hospitality or customer service
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Adept at multitasking and teamwork
• Attention to detail and professionalism
