Your Days Might Include:
Working directly with clients in their everyday environments
Supporting behavior plan implementation in group homes + day programs
Coaching staff in real time (this is big for us!)
Reviewing data and helping guide meaningful progress
Being part of thoughtful, person-centered care

Is a certified BCaBA
Feels called to work with the adult population
Enjoys being in the field, not just behind a screen
