Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome, manage reservations and wait times, and help ensure smooth flow of service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage waitlists and reservations
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus
• Communicate clearly with servers and management regarding seating
• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive first impression

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Previous host or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Requirements

• Availability for nights, weekends, and possibly holidays is required
