Massage Therapist & Manager

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments using commercial spa management software
• Provide high-quality massage therapy focusing on relaxation, stress relief, and wellness
• Coordinate marketing efforts to drive client acquisition
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and train a small team of 2-5 therapists
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Deliver excellent customer service and address client inquiries

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional massage therapy experience
• Certification and valid license in Massage Therapy
• Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage techniques
• Strong client assessment and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
