Our office is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team! The office is young and growing so the position is being offered immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed dental records for all patients.
- Communicate with dentist regarding patient care, treatment plans, and insurance information.
- Meet with patients to discuss oral hygiene, diet, and dental issues.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices.
- Perform clinical procedures such as scaling and polishing teeth to reduce plaque and tartar.
- Prepare/sterilize equipment and treatment rooms for dental procedures.
- Take radiographs, perform cleanings, apply sealants and provide other preventative treatments.
