Sourcing & Closing Partner

We are seeking a licensed, experienced real estate professional to join as a Sourcing & Closing Partner focused on off-market Industrial, Commercial, Retail, and Multi-Family acquisitions. This partnership-style role involves originating, negotiating, and closing deals while earning both commission and direct equity participation. It offers a unique opportunity to build a track record of successful transactions with significant ownership upside alongside a collaborative acquisitions team.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing through direct outreach to property owners
• Evaluate title, lien, and debt positions to identify actionable opportunities
• Structure and negotiate deal terms directly with sellers
• Manage each transaction from initial contact through closing
• Close transactions efficiently with equity participation on every deal
• Collaborate closely with the Acquisitions Manager and team

Required Qualifications

• Active real estate salesperson license
• Demonstrated experience in transaction negotiation and management
• Disciplined, analytical approach to evaluating deals
• Motivated by ownership and partnership, beyond commission-only incentives

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate acquisitions experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
