Locksmith Lead

Seatown Locksmith is looking for an experienced locksmith to join our team. This role involves working both independently and as part of a small team to provide expert lock installation, repair, and key cutting services. The locksmith will handle a variety of lock types including residential, commercial, automotive, institutional, and safes, often responding to emergency calls. Frequent travel and on-call availability are required to meet customer needs promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install locks for residential, commercial, and automotive clients
• Cut keys accurately and efficiently
• Repair and maintain various locking systems and safes
• Provide excellent customer service and consultation
• Respond promptly to emergency lockout situations
• Manage inventory of tools and parts
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional locksmith experience
• Proficient in lock installation, repair, and key cutting
• Knowledgeable about security systems
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and physical dexterity
• Effective time management
