Registered Dental Hygienist

Job description: Part time Mon and Wed 7:30am-5pm

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth

-Take X-rays

-Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
- Document patient treatment plans, progress, and notes in electronic dental record systems such as Dentrix
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

Skills:
- Valid dental hygiene license in Ohio
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix
- Excellent communication skills to educate and interact with patients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
