Minimum Qualifications

 2-5 years of experience in providing consultation, recommendations, and writing scopes of work.

 Will have good communication, strong attention to detail.

 Must be willing to learn and try new things.

 Must have access to reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

 A strong desire to learn new skills

 Strong communication skills both verbal and written; ability to develop and present presentations,

mediate, and diffuse conflict, and write professional communications.

 Willingness to learn and receive feedback from superiors.

 Demonstrated ability to take initiative without direct supervision and complete tasks.

 2-5 years of experience in remodeling or construction

Duties and Responsibilities

Examples of duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Meet with homeowners in their homes to understand their goals, answer questions, evaluate their space,

and provide personalized bathroom remodeling recommendations.

 Guide homeowners through product design, pricing, and installation options, ensuring they have the

information and confidence needed to make the decision that's right for them.

 Present detailed project proposals and estimates with clarity, transparency, and professionalism.

 Address questions and concerns with honesty and empathy, helping homeowners navigate the

remodeling process without pressure.

 Build trust through active listening, product knowledge, and a consultative approach that puts the

customer's needs first.

 Consistently achieve individual performance goals while maintaining a customer first experience and high

standards of integrity.

 Accurately complete project documentation, including proposals, contracts, financing paperwork, and

scheduling information using company software.

 Collaborate with the operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to

project completion.

 Represent Five Star Bath Solutions with professionalism, respect, and genuine care in every customer

interaction.
