Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Laundry Attendant to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining a clean facility, and handling wash, dry, and fold orders with care and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of machines, floors, and folding areas etc
• Handle customer transactions (cash, card, POS system)
• Monitor machines and report any issues
• Follow company procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs
• Previous laundry or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling available
• Must be available for weekends and some evenings
