Bilingual Personal Injury Legal Assistant

Established Personal Injury Law Firm seeking a Legal Assistant with Personal Injury Experience.

Qualified individuals must be fluent in both English and Spanish and have previous experience and understanding of Plaintiff Personal Injury files and be familiar with Med-Pay and dealing with the settlement breakdowns and percentages.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Meeting and taking phone calls with clients daily for both follow up and/or new intake.
• Working one on one with Attorneys
• Ensuring clients follow through with treatment and providing necessary information.
• Monitor client's treatment
• Verify all health insurance liens before disbursing funds.
• Communicating with insurance companies through claims process
