Home2 Suites Erie is seeking dependable, hardworking, and positive individuals to join our Housekeeping Team. Our housekeeping associates play a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring every room and public area is clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas thoroughly
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public spaces, and storage areas
• Report maintenance concerns and lost-and-found items
• Follow all hotel safety and cleanliness procedures
• Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
