Dental Hygienist (Fridays)

We are looking for a dynamic and talented Dental Hygienist to join our practice part time (2-3 half Fridays a month)! Bonuses offered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update patients’ medical history
• Perform a comprehensive periodontal evaluation
• Identify possible failing dental restorations, possible decay and/or open margins and contacts, and all other oral and dental conditions
• Take good radiographs
• Perform oral prophylaxis, polish, scaling and root planing, and other adjunctive local periodontal services as needed ( ie antibacterials, antiseptics, antibiotics)
• Educate every patient on proper diet, and its relationship to oral health, and appropriate care of their teeth
• MUST SPEAK English and Spanish
