About the Role:
Hilton Dental SATURDAY Dental Hygienist in Ferndale, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing patient smiles and ensuring optimal oral health. We're looking for a passionate professional to provide exceptional care in a supportive and friendly environment. SATURDAYS 7:30 - 2. 1 - 3 A MONTH WHEN YOUR AVAILABLE. ASSISTED HYGIENE PROVIDED. 40 MINUTE APPT'S Private practice and a great family fun team to work with!!!
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy.
- Conduct patient assessments and record medical histories.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure sterilization and cleanliness of dental instruments and equipment.
- Provide excellent patient care and build lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- Valid state license to practice dental hygiene.
- Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- 2 YEARS Experience in a dental practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on patient care and comfort.
- Knowledge of dental software and electronic health records.
- Current CPR certification.
